Daniel M. Branco


Daniel M. Branco is the founder of DMBranco and a specialist in healthcare systems. Daniel was a health investment analyst at Pollux Capital and led strategic planning and business development at Hospital Albert Einstein, Brazil's top private hospital. At Einstein, he structured deals, managed the Oncology unit and started the Center for Technological Innovation. Daniel holds an MD from Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul and a PhD in Neuroscience from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul. He was a post-doc on Neurocirurgical Planning at Harvard Medical School and holds a Wharton MBA, with majors in Health Systems and Finance. His trajectory was supported by Fundação Estudar and the Ling Institute.



Cristiane Benvenuto is a senior partner at DMBranco. Besides her clinical work as a physician, Cristiane has held positions in commercial management, business development and health IT at Hospital Albert Einstein, the largest private hospital in Latin America. She was also the co-founder of Medicinal, a pioneer health information portal, and now she is a reference on the medical use of digital media and social networks. Cristiane holds an MD and an MSc from Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul and a PhD from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro. She was a Fellow at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (New York) and holds an MBA from the Wharton School, with emphasis in Health Systems and Entrepreneurship. Her trajectory was supported by the Ling Institute.
